Once your login details have been sent by email, they will also appear in your Customer Portal account.

1. Visit Products & services.

2. Select your active plan.

3. Scroll down to the Product secrets section.

4. Click the Green Lock next to "Login Details" to view your Login Details.

The Portal TV Player app uses multiple Servers called Portals. Please follow the steps below to log into each Portal

1. Open the Portal TV Player app.

2. Select “Add Playlist.”

3. Choose “Portal 1” and enter your Username & Password.

4. Click “Next.” The Portal will begin processing the Live TV & VOD content (Playlist data), which may take 1-2 minutes.

5. Once you receive a confirmation message, select “Done.” The playlist will then load into the app, which may take up to a minute. After processing, you will be redirected to the Live TV menu.

6. To add Portals 2 & 3, start by opening the Settings menu.

7. Select “Playlists.”

8. Click “Add Playlist”

9. Select the appropriate Portal (Portal 2 or Portal 3) enter your Username and Password and repeat steps 4-5 as above.

Customer Portal TV is currently available for Android TV, Android Mobile, Fire TV Devices, & Online Web Player, which can be viewed on a desktop, laptop, or Chromebook through a (Chrome, Safari, or Edge browser).

1. Open a new email and enter the contacts email address

2. Hover the cursor over the sender and select Add to Contacts.

iPhone/iPad

1. Open the Phone app and go to Contacts Add.

2. Enter your contact's information, including their email address.

3. The contact information will sync with the Mail app.

Outlook

1. Right-click a name on the To, Cc, Bcc, or From line.

2. Select Add to Outlook Contacts.

3. Add any additional details you want.

4. Select Save & Close.

Yahoo

1. From Yahoo Mail, open an email.

2. Mouse over the sender's name or email address to display the contact card.

3. Click Add to contacts.

4. Enter the contact info.

5. Click Save.
